1) Merchant Details (Required Disclosures)

2) Scope of Services

We sell and/or provide:

  • Prepared food items and/or packaged food products (“Food Items”)
  • Subscription-based meal plans (“Subscriptions”)
  • Related delivery services

4) Orders, Pricing, and Payments

  • Prices are shown in SAR and are inclusive/exclusive of VAT as displayed at checkout.
  • Payment is due at checkout (or as stated for Subscriptions).
  • We may use third-party payment providers; payment processing may be subject to their terms.

5) VAT Invoicing & E-Invoicing (ZATCA)

Where applicable, we issue invoices/credit notes consistent with KSA VAT and e-invoicing requirements. Invoices in KSA commonly need to show the total including VAT and may be required in Arabic depending on invoice type and scenario.

6) Food Information, Allergens, and SFDA Compliance

  • Food is prepared under applicable hygiene and safety practices.
  • Allergen notice: Our products may contain or come into contact with allergens (e.g., nuts, dairy, eggs, sesame). Please review product information and contact us if you have allergies.

 
You remain responsible for choosing items suitable for your dietary needs. Nothing on the Platform is medical advice.

7) Delivery, Receipt, and Risk

  • Delivery areas, timings, fees, and cutoff times are displayed at checkout.
  • You must provide an accurate delivery address and reachable contact number.
  • Risk transfers upon delivery to the provided address (or as otherwise required by applicable law). If you authorize “leave at door,” you accept responsibility once delivered.

8) Returns & Refunds — General Principle

Consumer protection in KSA requires fair handling of defective/damaged items and adherence to published return/refund policies.

Because Food Items are perishable and time-sensitive, we apply the policy below.

9) Food Items: Non-Refundable Except Damage/Incorrect/Quality Issue

All Food Items are non-refundable after delivery unless:

  • You received the order damaged, spoiled, unsafe, or materially incorrect (wrong item / missing item), and
  • You notify us within 2 hours of delivery with supporting evidence (photos/video), and the claim is validated by our quality team.

If validated, we may (at our discretion and as appropriate):

  • Replace the affected items, and/or
  • Issue a partial/full refund or store credit for the affected items only.

We do not refund for:

  • Change of mind after production/shipping
  • Incorrect address/unavailability at delivery
  • Issues caused by improper storage/handling after delivery

10) Subscription Plans — Billing, Pause, Cancellation, Refunds

10.1 Subscription Activation

A Subscription begins on the start date shown at checkout (or the first delivery date confirmed).

10.2 Pausing a Subscription

You may request to pause your Subscription subject to operational constraints and cutoff times.

  • If a Subscription is paused for more than 2 consecutive months, it will be automatically canceled.
  • Auto-canceled Subscriptions are non-refundable.
    (Meaning: any amounts already paid for periods that have lapsed or were reserved/allocated under the paused arrangement are not refundable.)

10.3 Customer-Initiated Cancellation (Active Subscription)

You may cancel an active Subscription at any time.

If you cancel while your Subscription is running:

  • We will refund the remaining unused days/eligible deliveries, minus 20% as a non-refundable cancellation/administration fee.
  • Refunds (if any) are issued to the original payment method within 7-14 business days, subject to banking/payment processor timelines.

10.4 Non-Refundable Elements

The following are non-refundable:

  • The 20% cancellation fee
  • Any delivered days/fulfilled deliveries
  • Promotional/discounted amounts, where applicable
  • Any portions of the plan already produced, dispatched, or missed due to customer unavailability

11) Promotions & Discount Codes

Discounts may have expiry dates, minimum order values, and product exclusions. Misuse may result in cancellation of the discount.

13) Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform (branding, text, photos, design) is owned by us or licensed to us. You may not use it without written permission.

14) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected order, except where mandatory consumer protections apply.

15) Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control (e.g., severe weather, road closures, governmental actions, system outages).

16) Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will be posted on the Platform with an updated effective date.

17) Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any dispute shall be handled by the competent courts/committees in Saudi Arabia, unless a mandatory forum applies.
